Who is responsible
The company operating SOLD., address, is responsible for the personal data processed through SOLD. Contact: our contact address.
What we collect, and why
| Account | Name, email, hashed password, role, sign-in times. To give you access and secure your account. |
| Workspace content | Your ideas, profile briefs, generated scripts and videos, approvals and settings. To provide the service you asked for. |
| Connected social accounts | Access tokens for the accounts you connect, encrypted at rest. To publish and measure on your behalf, only with the permissions you grant. |
| Performance data | Aggregate counts for your own videos and profiles (views, likes, shares, followers). We do not collect personal data about viewers or commenters. |
| Logs | An audit log of actions in your workspace, and technical logs kept for security. |
The legal bases are the performance of our contract with you, our legitimate interest in securing the service, and your consent where required.
Who processes data for us
We use these providers only as needed to run the features you use:
- Hosting in the European Union: our hosting provider.
- Anthropic (Claude): writing scripts, reviewing content and summarising results.
- Google (Veo) or Kling: generating video scenes, when enabled.
- ElevenLabs: generating voice-over, when enabled.
- Our email provider: sending account emails.
- The social networks you connect (YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook): publishing and measuring your videos.
Prompts sent to generation providers contain your ideas and briefs, not your account details. Some providers may process data outside the EU under the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
How long we keep it
Account and workspace data are kept while your account is open. Video files are deleted after the retention period set in your workspace. When you delete your workspace, everything in it is deleted, including videos. Backups are overwritten within 14 days.
Your rights
You can access, correct, export or delete your data, object to or restrict its processing, and withdraw consent at any time. Most of this is available in the app; for anything else, write to us. You can also complain to your data protection authority (in France, the CNIL).
Cookies
We use one essential cookie to keep you signed in. We do not use advertising or analytics cookies.
