The service

SOLD. is software that generates short videos from your ideas, checks them, publishes them to social media accounts you connect, measures their results and learns from them. It is provided by the company operating SOLD.

Your account

You must give accurate information and keep your password safe. You are responsible for what happens in your workspace, including the people you invite. You must be able to enter into a contract on behalf of yourself or your organisation.

Your content and your accounts

• You only connect social media accounts that you or your organisation genuinely operate.
• You remain responsible for the videos you approve or allow to be published, and for respecting each network's terms.
• You do not use SOLD. to impersonate people or brands, to mislead, to spread illegal or harmful content, or to simulate popularity.
• You keep the rights to your ideas and to the videos made for you.

What SOLD. does not do

SOLD. does not buy views, followers or engagement, does not interact with other people's content, and labels its videos as AI-generated. We do not promise a number of views or followers: results depend on your ideas, your audience and the networks.

Trial, plans and budget

The free trial lasts the number of days shown at sign-up. Each workspace has a monthly generation budget; when it is reached, new videos stop being made until the next month or a plan change. Paid plans are agreed with us in writing.

Availability and changes

We work to keep SOLD. available and secure but cannot guarantee it will be uninterrupted. Social networks may change their rules or APIs, which can affect what SOLD. can do. We may update these terms and will tell you about important changes.

Ending

You can delete your workspace at any time from the app. We may suspend an account that breaks these terms or puts other accounts or the service at risk.

Liability and law

To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the amounts you paid us in the twelve months before the event. These terms are governed by the law of the country of our registered office, whose courts are competent, subject to any mandatory consumer protections.
